[Resolved] Our mitigation efforts are holding steady and SyncUps continue to operate at normal functionality. We believe that changes made to our gateway service caused the issue and we've reverted those changes.
We are conducting an internal review to fully define the root cause and will have an analysis that we can share in the coming days.
