RESOLVED

The cause of infinite loading in Search within our desktop application has been mitigated and our monitoring shows that all systems are fully operational. Some users may need to refresh the desktop app using CMD+R (Mac) or CTRL+R (PC) for the fix to take effect. IDENTIFIED

We've determined the cause of infinite loading in Search within our desktop application and a resolution is on the way. As a potential workaround, open the AI Command Bar (formerly called Command Center) and, with the bar open, press CMD + R (Mac) or CTRL + R (PC) to refresh the AI Command Bar directly.
